Token Tact Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Token Tact platform. Access to and use of the Token Tact platform (token-tact.app) constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

2. Description of Service

Token Tact provides a technology platform for cryptocurrency trading that includes: AI-powered market analysis tools, real-time price data and charts, order execution infrastructure, portfolio management tools, educational resources and 24/7 customer support. Token Tact is an analytical and execution platform — it does not execute trades automatically on behalf of users.

3. Eligibility and Registration

To register on Token Tact you must: be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher); be a resident of a supported jurisdiction; not be a resident of the United States of America; provide accurate, complete and current personal information; and maintain a single account on the platform.

Token Tact is not available to residents of the United States. By registering, you confirm that you are not a US person as defined under applicable law.

4. User Obligations

Users agree to: keep their Token Tact account credentials confidential and not share them with any third party; notify Token Tact support immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account; use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws; not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack or otherwise interfere with the platform's systems or security; and not use the platform to launder money or engage in any other financial crime.

5. Financial Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading involves significant financial risks that all users must understand and explicitly accept:

• Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and can fall as well as rise. You may lose all of the money you invest.
• The AI analysis provided by Token Tact is a decision-support tool, not a guarantee of profit.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• Leveraged trading, where available, amplifies both gains and losses.
• Only invest money you can afford to lose entirely.

6. Fees and Charges

All fees applicable to trades, deposits and withdrawals are displayed in full before you confirm any transaction. Token Tact does not apply hidden fees, undisclosed spreads or inactivity charges. The current fee schedule is always available in your account settings.

7. Security Responsibilities

Token Tact implements institutional-grade security measures including cold storage, encryption and 2FA. Users are responsible for: maintaining the security of their own devices; using a strong, unique password; enabling and properly maintaining 2FA; and promptly reporting any suspicious account activity to our support team.

8. Limitation of Liability

Token Tact is not liable for: financial losses arising from user trading decisions; service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control; losses resulting from user failure to comply with security best practices; or indirect or consequential damages of any kind. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the fees paid to the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Regulatory Compliance and Jurisdiction

Token Tact operates in full compliance with the EU MiCA Regulation and applicable digital asset regulations in all supported jurisdictions. Users are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of their own country regarding cryptocurrency trading, including any applicable tax reporting obligations.

10. Amendments

Token Tact reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email and by a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
